This weekend on Gun for Hire Radio, Daniel Schmutter provided a detailed analysis of Wrenn vs District of Columbia, a may-issue carry case.  The case was decided in favor of right to carry with the Appellate Court Panel striking down the district’s good-reason standard, which required citizens to show they were subject to a special threat in order to obtain a concealed carry permit.
