Connecting with New Jersey’s 2A Community

This week I wanted to write a bit about our exhibitor and sponsorship program.  We have been fortunate to develop some great relationships over the past couple years with fantastic organizations.  While it might seem like there is a lot of time before the conference, there is quite a bit of work to do.  Since the exhibits make up such a big part of the event we  are trying to engage early with our exhibitors and sponsors and make their experience as good as we can.  As you might know, we aren’t tradeshow or conference professionals, but we do want to look back on each event knowing we produced it as well as we could.  Our cause is too important to not put forth maximum effort.  We’ve also made adjustments as we learn.

Our ideal sponsor or exhibitor is a business or organization looking to make an impact on the 2A community here in New Jersey.  We have partnered in the past with Ranges, Retailers, Manufacturers, & Associations. They can be firearms related or not.  The participation of these generous organizations enables us to present our programs to attendees at minimal direct cost.

We offer a basic exhibitor package as well as two levels of sponsorship on our rate flyer. Returning sponsors and exhibitors might notice that there is a new level called supporter.  This option is for organizations that want to express support for our mission, but don’t need exhibit space or participation at a sponsorship level.  Supporters will have their Logo appear on the conference poster we will be using to promote the conference across the state.  It is available at $100.  You can get a copy of the flyer by contacting us on the Sponsors & Exhibitors Page.
